Jürgen Kaube (b.1962) earned his degree in economics and taught sociology at the University of Bielefeld. Since 1992, he has been a staff writer for the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, where he joined the editorial staff in 1999. He has headed the Science & Humanities section since 2008, and has been deputy editor of the Features section at the FAZ since 2012.
