 Harald Welzer

Harald Welzer was born in 1958 and is a sociologist and social psychologist. He is director of the Center for Interdisciplinary Memory Research in Essen and a professor for social psychology at the University of Witten-Herdecke. His research focuses on memory and transmission, and the psychological effects of the Holocaust and violence.
