 Mathias Jeschke

Mathias Jeschke was born in 1963 in Lüneburg, and studied theology in Göttingen, Heidelberg and Rostock. He now lives in Stuttgart, where he works as a writer and publisher’s editor. In addition to his books of poetry — for which he has won various prizes, including the 2002 Würth Prize for Literature — Mathias Jeschke has also published two books for children.
