Michael Kleeberg, born in 1959, studied political science and visual communication in Hamburg. After extended periods in Rome, Berlin and Amsterdam he moved to Paris in 1986, where he ran an advertising agency until 1994. He currently lives in Berlin as a writer and a translator from the French and English.
