Norbert Scheuer

Norbert Scheuer, born 1951 in Prüm in the Eifel region, trained as an electrician before going on to study Physics Technology and Philosophy. He worked as a systems programmer until 2017. Today Norbert Scheuer lives and works as a freelance writer in the Eifel region.
