Ulrich Raulff

Ulrich Raulff, born 1950 near Meinerzhagen, studied English, Philosophy and History at Marburg University, and gained his ‘habilitation’ in Cultural Studies at Berlin’s Humboldt University in 1995. After posts as head of the Features Section of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and Senior Features Editor at the Süddeutsche Zeitung, he served as Director of the German Literature Archive in Marbach from 2004 until his retirement in 2018. Since then Ulrich Raulff has been President of ifa (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen)
