Arne Rautenberg

Arne Rautenberg, born 1967 in Kiel, studied History of Art, Literature, and Folklore. He writes prose and poetry for both children and adults. In 2017 he was elected to the German Academy for Language and Literature. In 2020 he was awarded the Culture Prize of Kiel, capital of Schleswig-Holstein. He is a writer, artist and cultural journalist and lives in his native city.
