Kathrin Bach, born in Wiesbaden in 1988, studied Creative Writing at the University of Hildesheim and is a trained bookseller. She lives as a freelance author and editor in Berlin, where she also regularly creates collages and holds writing workshops. "Life Insurance" is her debut novel.
