Annette Pehnt

Annette Pehnt, born 1967 in Cologne, studied English, German Literature and Celtic Studies in Cologne and Freiburg. After studying and working abroad in Ireland, Scotland and the United States, and completing her doctorate at Freiburg University in 1997, she entered on a career as an author of books for both children and adults. Since 2018 she works as a professor for Creative Writing and Cultural Journalism at the University of Hildesheim.
