kunstanstifter is a small independent publisher based in Mannheim. All its publications - whether novels, cookbooks or books for children - are characterised by a particularly happy combination of text, illustration and high-quality production values. What lights our fire are books that are offbeat, witty, absurd, wacky, provocative and intelligent. Our list consists of works by younger writers as well as works by classic and contemporary authors from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
