In "Paula’s Travels," little Paula goes on a fantastic dream journey through wondrous worlds, having all kinds of exciting adventures along the way. Eva Muggenthaler’s expressive illustrations offer plenty to discover and are perfectly matched to the accompanying story in rhyme from the pen of Paul Maars, one of the most renowned German-language children’s book authors.
Made possible with the support of Litrix, Samir Grees and Rim Najmi’s Arabic translation of "Paula’s Travels" was published in 2017 by Tamniyya publishing house in Cairo.
Illustrator Eva Muggenthaler will introduce the book in a reading at Goethe-Institut in Casablanca. Amira Elmasry, project coordinator of Litrix.de in Cairo, will present the Arabic translation, in addition to moderating and consecutively interpreting the event.
