Information Meeting
A special programme to promote literary translation from German into Polish
During the International Book Fair in Krakow, an information meeting will be held for publishers, editors and other interested parties who follow trends on the German book market. The Goethe-Institut Krakow will present the Litrix.de programme and new publications on the German book market.
Litrix.de is an information portal of the Goethe-Institut with an affiliated translation promotion programme that will support the translation into Polish of new German-language publications selected by a jury of experts in the years 2025-2027. The titles presented on Litrix.de cover the genres of fiction, non-fiction, graphic novels and children's and young adult literature. The Litrix programme covers the costs of translating these titles into Polish and subsidises the licence fees.
