Andy Spyra, born 1984 in Hagen, studied Photography and Documentary Photography at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Hanover. Since then he has worked as a freelance photographer for numerous publications including Geo, Stern, Time Magazine, Die Zeit, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and New Yorker.
