Anna Kuschnarova, born 1975 in Würzburg, studied Egyptology, German Literature and Prehistoric Archeology in Leipzig, Halle (Saale) and Bremen. She taught for ten years at various German universities. Since 2008 she has lived in Leipzig as a freelance writer, university teacher, and photographer.
