Natascha Wodin

Natasha Wodin, born 1945 in Fürth as the child of Soviet forced labourers, grew up first in German post-war camps for ‘Displaced Persons’, then in a children’s home. In the early 1970s she completed a language school course and worked as an interpreter and later as a literary translator. Based in Berlin and Mecklenburg, she has worked as a freelance writer since 1980.
