Vitali Konstantinov, born near Odessa in 1963, studied Fine Art and Architecture in Russia, before going on to study Graphic Arts, Painting and Byzantine Art History in Germany. Konstantinov lives and works in Marburg as a freelance artist and illustrator, and teaches book illustration at the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg.
